General Information

Tualatin Soccer Club (TSC) offers a recreational soccer experience to players in grades K-12. All interested youths that do not play on classic or school teams are welcome to participate. The recreational soccer program is designed to provide a fun, and positive sports experience for children, and to provide the basic skills for a soccer player. Those players with above average skills can progress into competitive/classic, academy, and school teams. For information on our competitive teams click HERE. No matter how far your child wishes to go in soccer, their player development begins right here.

Your Child must be 5 years old by September 1, in the Fall of the season to be registered and can be no older than 18 or a senior in High School to play recreational soccer with our club. For spring soccer, kindergarten age participants may be allowed to play.

Please put your name and phone number on your soccer ball, so lost balls can be returned.

Go to the Fields Directions Page for game field layouts.

Kindergarten through 8th grades (U5-U14) Games:
Games are played on Saturdays generally in the mornings with older players having more games in the afternoons due to field availability. Games are played in Tualatin for the younger teams (K-2nd grade), Tualatin and Sherwood for 3rd grade and interplay with the Tualatin Hills Junior Soccer League (Tualatin, Sherwood and Beaverton area) for the older (4th-8th grade) teams. We try to interplay with other clubs in order to give the kids new opponents each week as well as to be good neighbors.

UNIFORMS:
The color scheme closely corresponds with Tualatin High School. We are encouraging a Tualatin community atmosphere, since we develop many players who will be part of the Tualatin School teams of the future. Our uniforms are a two-jersey system, (White and Crimson) with black shorts and black socks. Crimson = Home, White = Away. Uniforms are available for purchase at Tursi Soccer store in Lake Oswego.

NOTE: The uniform cycle is approximately every 2 years. The new uniform is a much upgraded look and feel and prices are consistant with that of the old uniforms. The process of ordering uniforms has also changed and now will be purchased directly from Tursi's Soccer in Lake Oswego. This allows players to try on for size before ordered. Tursis will have inventory available for all players.

HIGH SCHOOL CO-ED:
High school age players have a recreational soccer outlet. Players who make the school teams are not allowed to play High School Co-ed. Registration is required so insurance and other benefits are available to the players. Teams will combine 9th and 10th grades, or 11th and 12th grade players, or may combine all 4 high school grades. These are co-ed teams. Teams will play in the Tualatin, Sherwood, Tigard, Beaverton and Hillsboro areas. Play is on Saturday, and begins in early-September. The season is 10 weeks long.

THJSL RULES:
Tualatin Soccer Club abides by the rules agreed upon the clubs participating in the Tualatin Hills Junior Soccer League as part of its Westside Timbers alliance. For more information, please go to their website, http://www.thjsl.org/home.php#
. Please note that Kindergarten through second grade (U6 through U8) follows a different format in Tualatin. Third grade (U9) and beyond will follow the THJSL rules.
